Obituary For Juanita M Howlett April 8, 1932 - January 10, 2022 Juanita M Howlett, 89, of Eden, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, January 10th, 2022, at UNC Rockingham Health Care in Eden. A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 15th, 2022, at Noon at Victory Baptist Church, 2040 E Stadium Dr, Eden, NC 27288, with burial to follow at Danview Cemetery in Eden. A visitation will be held for 1 hour prior to the service, 11am-12pm, also at Victory Baptist Church. She will lie in state Friday, January 14th, 2022 from 2-5pm. Juanita was born on April 8th, 1932, to the late James L. and Victoria Stoneman Howlett, in Rockingham County, NC. She was an active member of Victory Baptist Church in Eden.  After high school, Juanita worked hard to get her nursing degree and worked as a Registered Nurse at Morehead Memorial Hospital for 47 years. Left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Jacqueline Aheron (the late Willie) of Eden, Virginia Whitten (the late Joseph) of Eden, Mary West (the late Woodrow) of Greenville, SC; brother, Cornelius Howlett (Linda) of Eden; special nieces and nephews, Tim Howlett, Susan White (Ken), Rudine Gillie (Miles), Joe Whitten (Amy), Bart West (Lori), Rene West, Donna Barnhill (James), Howard Howlett (the late Ginger), James Howlett (Wendy), Kim Frick (Joe); great-nieces and nephews, Drew, Kayla, Aaron, Joel, Josh, Sarah, Daniel, Courtney, Chris, Hillary, Tori, Tanner, Hunter, Holden, Tabitha, Lydia; and several great-great nieces and nephews.
