Obituary For Vicky Foley Eggleston January 6, 1931 - November 29, 2022 Vicky Foley Eggleston, 91, of Eden, NC passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation in Eden. A graveside service will be held at 2pm Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens in Eden, NC. Vicky was born January 6, 1931, in Stuart, VA, to the late Sam Foley and Susie Willard Foley. She was a member of the former First Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Eden. Vicky worked for many years at Unifi and Dupont. After retirement, she spent many years volunteering at Morehead Memorial Hospital. She and her husband loved to travel together. She loved growing things and gardening. Vicky enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Roy Joseph Eggleston of the home; daughter, Pamela E. Harris of Eden; grandchildren, Jason Harris (Beth) of Eden, Julie H. Combs (Nick) of Eden, Erica Eggleston of Virginia; great-grandchildren, Mallory, Alyssa, Molly, Jack, Zack, Avery, Brantley, and Danielle; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Vicky is preceded in death by her son Tim Eggleston; son-in-law, Danny T. Harris; grandson, Brandon Eggleston.
