Obituary For Nancy Adeline Watkins June 19, 1930 - January 4, 2023 Nancy Adeline Watkins, 92, of Reidsville, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at her home. A graveside service will be held 11am Monday, January 9, 2023, at Overlook Cemetery in Eden. Visitation will be held 4-6pm Sunday, January 8, 2023, at Fair Funeral Home in Eden. The family will receive friends at other times at the home, 2088 Bethlehem Church Rd, Reidsville, NC 27320. Nancy was born June 19, 1930, in Price, NC, to the late George Washington Watkins and Maggie Jones Watkins. She was a graduate of Stoneville High School. Nancy was a charter member of Price United Methodist Church. She worked at Fieldcrest for 43 years. She was a pet lover. Nancy enjoyed going to the mountains and spending time with family. Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Virginia Fain of Reidsville; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Sara Booth of Sandy Ridge. In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Griffin; her brothers, Lynn Watkins, Everette Watkins, George Watkins; sister, Mary Owen.
