Charles "Charlie" Edward Cannon, Jr., 68, passed away on Monday, September 20th at the Woltz Hospice Home in Dodson, NC.

No formal service will be held for Mr. Cannon.

He was born in Doswell,VA to the late Charles Edward Cannon,Sr. and Katherine Peggy Key. He was formely from Stoneville,NC. Charlie loved playing golf,deer hunting but mostly loved helping his neighbors.

Charlie is survived by his brother, Mike Cannon of Stoneville; sister, Cathy Roberts (Dean) of Stoneville; nieces; Crisann Tilley and Victoria Roberts; cousin, Linda Cannon Porter (Robert); and fiance, Karen Shelton of Elkin, NC.
