Dear Blakely Family, I am so sorry to hear of Buddy's passing. I have many happy memories of Buddy after years of singing in the choir together. He had a beautiful voice. I have the recipe for his sausage and egg breakfast casserole that I enjoy sharing with friends and family. He shared it with me after a choir breakfast and I have enjoyed if for years. Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers and he is remembered fondly.

Buddy was a good friend. He was very involved in LUMC during his time in Eden. I was fortunate to serve with Buddy in the United Methodist Men & in the church choir. We both were in the textile industry & we both loved to fish. We shared many stories & good times together. He was a mentor to me & many others. Always had a smile & a good story to share. His leadership at LUMC was faithful & strong. My love goes out to Bobbie & the entre family. I will miss you greatly my friend.

Buddy was a dear friend and we enjoyed many trips with he and Bobbie, New Mexico, Hawaii, Scotland. He was always there to help if we called on him. Our time together at LUMC was very special, we enjoyed hearing him in the choir and also musical productions done by the church. I can still taste his 5 flavor pound cake. We will miss him very much. Love and sympathy to Bobbie, Carol, Vicki and Chip. Brenda & Jim
