Rebekah “Lynn” Robertson Reynolds, 71, of Eden passed away on Friday, Dec 3, 2021 surrounded by love in the very home she was born and raised in. 

Lynn was born in Leaksville on March 15, 1950 to Peter “Pete” William and Lillie Mae Fields Robertson, both deceased.  She is a lifelong Episcopalian and member of the Church of Epiphany.  She was a proud member of the Morehead High School Class of 1968.  She attended Rockingham Community College and East Carolina University.  Throughout her life, Lynn worked in many different capacities, including secretarial roles at Morehead High School,  Goldston trucking and Madrey, Medlin and Stone law firm.  Lynn worked beside her family running M & W convenience store.  She retired as a traveling marketing representative for News America.  Lynn enjoyed taking care of many children over the years as a private childcare provider.  Lynn loved reading, the beach and taking road trips with her friends. 

Lynn is survived by her husband of 51 years, Fred Reynolds.  Her sons; Joshua Reynolds of Eden, NC, Joseph Reynolds (Connie) of Reidsville, NC, and Jordan Reynolds (Elizabeth) of Cana, VA.  She was the proud grandmother of Sierra, Ada,  Alex, and Fiona.  She was very close to her extended family.  Lynn also had many devoted friends that she loved dearly. 

Due to ongoing concerns regarding COVID, there will be no visitation or formal service.  A memorial service will be announced at a later date. 

So sorry... she was one of sweetest and kind people I had pleasure of knowing.  Worked with Lynn at Goldston.  She loved her family very much and was always talking about her boys.  Won't be forgotten.

I am truly saddened in learning of Lynn's passing just now. I was a classmate of Lynn's for all of our school years. I have known her and Fred for years. I knew Lynn's Dad also.
