Love & Prayers for Sue and the family! Jerry has always been such a wonderful person. Over the years I have had the pleasure of having Jerry in my life through work, church and friendship. He has watched all 3 of my girls grow up from newborns to the young women they are today. When I went back to college and was stressing during my accounting class, he worked with me to get a better understanding (without him I would not have passed that class). Jerry has demostrated so much love and kindness in the years that I have known him. I am grateful for the time Jerry was in our lives and praising God that today he is pain free and rejoicing with our Lord.

To the family Sometimes life is hard to figure out. Challenges and obstacles arise that were ever in our plans. Yet God is always there to take us by the hand, walk with us step by step, and guide us through to the good He has for our lives. Thinking of you all as you walk through this difficult time, and asking God to show you his love and keep you close to him. Praying for all of you Jerry was a wonderful friend and person God Blee you all

Sue and Family,
Our hearts are broken with the word of Jerry's passing. We got to know Jerry at Spray Cotton Mills in the late 60s.
He always had a kind word and sweet smile for everyone he met. No one could have asked for a better friend.
We now know his suffering is over, and he is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,
May God give the family peace and comfort at this most difficult time.
Until we meet again Jerry, you will never be forgotten.
Love in Christ,

Our hearts go out to all of Jerry's family.  He was a good man and even though we don't live in Ridgeway anymore, just knowing he is not in town is sad. He was God's servant as shown by his generosity to his community (doing things that benefited people but never letting it be known).  We feel privileged to have known him and his Mom, Eleanor.
