Mrs. Cox was a kind lovely caring Christian lady.  She had a warm out going personality and you always felt better talking to her or being in her presence.   She was a most positive asset in the Body of Christ and especially in  the local Brethren Church. Beth, Bobby & Amy,
I'm so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing.  She crossed my mind a few days ago.  She had a full life and so many people remember her and how sweet and kind she always was.  Your Dad was my first cousin.  I loved him dearly.  I always loved sitting around with Pa Cox, Hank and Uncle Sidney and hearing all the stories about when your Dad and my brothers were younger.  Your Mom and Dad were very special people who truly loved the Lord and served Him all their life.  They both were so kind and friendly, always smiling.  I have fond memories of both of them as well as Uncle Bill and Aunt Addie.  My cousin Lisa Smith and a dear friend Mary Ann Elkin both notified me today of your Mom's passing.  I wish I could be at the service but I have a lot of health issues and don't travel very much anymore.  I will let Marshall know but he doesn't travel much anymore either.  His health isn't good either.  All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.  Blessings to the whole family.
In His Service,
Phyllis Crouch Wyatt

To all the family, loved Frances dearly.  As we always speak of when we were kids riding our bicycles all around our Union Road, now Bryant Street, oh how we rode the tires off our bicycles.  Frances and Monte were always happy to have us in their home and made us feel like a member of the family.  She was such a loving and dear lady that I always had the utmost respect and love for her.  She was truly a precious lady and will be missed by all that knew her.
She's truly at rest and love being her family that went to heaven before her.   Love and sympathy to all of you at this difficult time.

Beth, coming back from July 4th parade @ POA today, memories of Frances climbing in the trailer w/chairs adorning her red, white & blue and Ray pulling us along with his old truck on a beautiful sunny day warms my heart. She was a beautiful lady who really knew how to make the best biscuits and gravy at our breakfasts we use to provide. She put together an amazing anniversary of the POA providing outdoor games and refreshments. She was an organizer.  We also enjoyed you bringing her back for quirky brown bag auctions and  other events. You were a blessing to her every day.  It will be hard for awhile, as I lost my mother the end of 2020 @ age 92 and were a caretaker until she went to assisted living where we had to continually be there for her here locally. Hope she took her chef hat with her as I am sure she will be whipping something up good in Heaven.  Our sincere condolences to you and family.  Ray & Cynthia Blankenship
