Thomas Allen Martin, 73, of Eden passed Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at his home.
A memorial will be held Monday, September 12, 2022 at Matrimony Creek Greenway, 1335 Washington St, Eden, NC 27288. Join the family at the shelter at Matrimony Creek for a meal catered by Debbie’s Restaurant of Stoneville, NC, beginning at 12 Noon. Services and fellowship in remembrance of Thomas will follow.
Thomas was born March 12, 1949 in Mecklenburg County, NC, to the late Coy James Martin and the late Elizabeth Robertson Martin. Thomas was of Baptist Faith. He worked as a machine operator for VA Solite until retirement. He enjoyed spending time with his family.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons, John Allen Martin of Eden, NC, Mark Avery Martin of Ridgeway, VA; three grandchildren; brothers, Jimmy Martin (Jean) of Elizabethton, TN, Bailey Pratt of Eden, NC; sister, Ruth Martin McCollum (J.W.) of Eden, NC; numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
