I was saddened to hear of Milotn's passing. I remember Milton from Wentworth High School. He was one year behind me and was my bus captain when I drove the bus route through Harrison Cross Roads my senior year. He was a gentle person with a sense of humor, but had the respect of everyone. A great person.

Milton will be fondly remembered for his wide ranging knowledge of Rockingham County. He was a source of history, geography, and how they interacted, and he loved to share with all who wished to learn. MARC (formerly The Rockingham County Historical Society) was fortunate for his help with so many events.
