Rhoda May Douglass Harper, 73, of Stoneville, passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2023.

There will be no formal service at this time.

Rhoda was born January 19, 1950 in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. She served her country in the United States Army. Following her service, Rhoda was a homemaker, spending her time raising and loving her family.

I'm so sorry for your family's loss and send prayers. I've cut Rhoda's hair for quite a few years now and got to know her and Bill very well. I will really miss her and her funny sense of humor. She was a joy!
